Pool Closing Services – What We Take Care Of Lower water level to proper winterizing height Add winterizing chemicals as needed Blow out and plug pool lines (skimmers, returns, and main drain where applicable) Disconnect, drain, and winterize pump, filter, heater, and related equipment Remove ladders, handrails, skimmer baskets, and fittings Install winter plugs and gizmos Secure and install pool cover (safety or standard cover) Final inspection to ensure pool is properly prepared for winter Important Closing Requirements & Disclaimer Pool closing services are weather-dependent and scheduled accordingly Homeowner must provide a clear and accessible work area around the pool and equipment Pool cover must be on-site and in good condition at time of closing Pool closings do not include equipment repairs, replacement parts, or leak detection unless quoted separately Fred & Sons Pools is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing equipment issues, improper plumbing, or extreme weather conditions
