Fred and Sons Pools is committed to providing quality pool services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Service Payments
Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, refunds will not be issued for labor, time, or materials used.
Cancellations
If a service is canceled with sufficient notice prior to the scheduled appointment, any prepaid amount may be credited toward a future service. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund.
Deposits & Prepayments
Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled services at the discretion of Fred and Sons Pools.
Equipment & Materials
Equipment, parts, chemicals, and materials purchased or installed are non-refundable once ordered or installed, unless covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Service Issues
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, offer a service adjustment or return visit. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
Weather & Unforeseen Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for delays or incomplete services caused by weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
