Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the pool, equipment, gates, pets, and utilities at the time of service. Missed or delayed appointments due to lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must maintain proper water levels, electrical supply, and plumbing connections unless otherwise agreed. Fred and Sons Pools is not responsible for delays or issues caused by pre-existing equipment problems or site conditions.

Payments

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service or per contract. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

Equipment & Repairs

We are not responsible for failures of aging, pre-existing, or manufacturer-defective equipment. Any recommended repairs or replacements will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

Liability

Fred and Sons Pools is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty equipment, hidden defects, or weather-related issues. Customers agree to release Fred and Sons Pools from liability for normal wear and tear.
